Kenneth
G. Sellers is the President and Founder
of New World Health, ehealthxchange's parent institution.
Up until May 2005, Sellers was Group Vice President
of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida's South
Florida Region. In this capacity, he was responsible
for the company's health business in the 8 counties
that make up South Florida.
Sellers joined BCBSF in August 1988, and, during
his tenure with the company, he provided leadership
in a number of different capacities. He has been
Vice President to Marketing Services, Individual
and Small Group market segments, Product and Market
management and the Northeast region. Sellers has
also worked to advance BCBSF's E-business capabilities,
including leading development of new opportunities
like PersonalPath and an initiative to
develop new health industry business models for
the future.
Before joining BCBSF in 1988, Sellers was Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of U.S.
Healthcare's HMO Florida. Previously, he served
as Executive Vice President for Riverside Hospital
in Jacksonville.
Sellers earned his Bachelor's degree from Jacksonville
University and his M.B.A. from the University
of North Florida. In addition, he has completed
the Executive Healthcare Management Program at
Duke University and the Advanced Marketing Management
Program at Harvard University.

Robert
Mendes is ehealthxchange's Chief Technology
Officer. He began his career in the Health Insurance
industry as a Systems Analyst for Blue Cross &
Blue Shield of Florida. Robert was employed
at Blue Cross for eight years before starting
a Technology Consulting practice.
Through his travels, he has also held the position
of Director of Technology for World Diagnostics,
a company that re-packaged medical diagnostic
products. Mr. Mendes was instrumental in
managing the development of the web portal that
was essential to the global expansion of World
Diagnostic's international distribution channels.
In 2001, Robert again focused on growing his
consulting business and currently acts as the
President & CEO of E-basics, Inc. E-basics
is profitable consulting firm that has established
a strategic alliance with Microsoft as a Microsoft
Certified Partner designing and implementing Microsoft
based solutions to both the Small and Medium Business,
as well as, Enterprise level markets.

Heliodoro
(Helio) De Leon, MD is ehealthxchange's
Chief Medical Officer. A graduate of Rutgers College,
Dr. De Leon completed his postgraduate specialty
training in Internal Medicine at The Mountainside
Hospital, an affiliate of The University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey, in Montclair, New
Jersey.
Although Dr. De Leon has transitioned from full
time active internal medicine specialist to administrative
roles since he moved to South Florida in the early
1990's, he maintains an active license to practice
medicine in the State of Florida.
In addition to his clinical practice management
experience, Dr. De Leon has held senior management
positions with corporations that include CAC/United
Healthcare, ORNDA Hospital Corporation, Physician
Corporation of America and Prudential Healthcare.
Dr. De Leon has extensive experience in quality
improvement, leading successful JCAHO and NCQA
accreditation processes, critical pathways development,
utilization management, network management and
development, physician and provider profiling
and management, credentialing, financial analysis
and strategic planning.
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. De Leon is responsible
for the oversight of the establishment and maintenance
of quality standards for the delivery of care
and products, as well as for the company's medical
and clinically related functions.

Cynthia
Bucher-Sellers is our Secretary and Treasurer.
Since 2002, Cynthia Bucher has been employed by
Gibraltar Bank as their Vice President of Operations
for the Wealth Management Division. She
has been employed in the trust banking industry
since 1987 in various management capacities of
trust administration, operations, compliance and
project analysis. Prior to that she held
positions in accounting and auditing. She
earned her BS degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown
College in Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate
of the Florida Trust School.

Mario
Behr is ehealthxchange's Marketing and
Communications Director. With over twelve years
experience in advertising, and ten of those as
President and Creative Director of Green Dot Advertising,
Mario Behr brings leadership and creative guidance
to every project handled by the agency.
He has serviced accounts across a wide array of
industries including consumer products & packaged
goods, boating & sport fishing, finance, travel
& tourism, B2B, publishing, health & medical,
telecom & IP telephony, the professional video
production market, and sports, as well as creating
displays and exhibits for museums and theme parks.
A native of Germany, he is fluent in English and
German, along with a general understanding of
Spanish.
He has created persuasive and effective advertising
and sales support solutions that help companies
achieve their sales objectives and evolve their
brands. With experience in almost every conceivable
medium including Internet, Print, Radio, TV and
Direct Response, he is able to conceive and develop
integrated campaigns that deliver a powerful and
persuasive message to the targeted audience.

Terry Price brings
over 20yrs of operational, organizational and technical
implementation expertise to the New World Health
Corporation. Beginning with a long career in the
British Royal Navy starting at age 16; Terry served
in the Submarine Service and in Special Duties,
and on leaving held the rank of Commander. Terry
has had experience in the Automotive, Fashion, Retail
and Aerospace industries since arriving in the United
States 15 years ago; most recently as the project
director for the building of Cunard's Queen Mary
2, a luxury transatlantic liner, and the Chief Information
Officer for a prominent south Florida financial
institution. His leadership, management and vision
have brought great success to these respective organizations.
Terry's undisputed expertise offers a great deal
to ehealthxchange, and a natural solution to the
demands of business today, leadership, motivation,
organization, planning and the effective use of
personnel and technology. Terry today brings a
breadth of industry exposure to ehealthxchange
offering the “best in breed” solutions
to organizational design, process engineering
and operational efficiency that will ensure the
success of ehealthxchange in the challenging,
and ever evolving landscape of modern business.

Kim Brew brings
29 years of healthcare industry experience. She
entered the healthcare industry as a registered
nurse. As her responsibilities grew she became
responsible for a 14 bed Intensive Care Unit at
a large tertiary care hospital. Later, she expanded
her experiences into the managed care field. During
this time, Ms Brew has worked for companies such
as US Healthcare where she introduced and implemented
the concept of using home care as an alternative
to inpatient care to physicians in the State of
Florida providing a cost saving of 2 -3 million
dollars each year.
She has also held the position of Vice President
of a hospital owned HMO. This was a start-up company
where she gained experience working with the state
regulatory agencies and developing a complete
medical delivery network. Ms Brew has also owned
a healthcare consulting firm which developed and
marketed products and strategies for hospitals,
physicians and employers to work cooperatively
to control healthcare costs. She developed a managed
care educational program for hospital administrators
and physicians throughout rural South Georgia.
This resulted in building coalitions and strategic
partnerships between the community hospitals and
secondary and tertiary care hospitals. They formed
a 12 hospital 750 physician regional managed care
network which provided healthcare to the employers
throughout South Georgia.
Ms. Brew has also lead cross-functional teams in
the design, development, implementation and maintenance
of new statewide provider networks with a positive
2-4 million dollar impact per network for Blue Cross
Blue Shield of Florida. While at BCBSFL she also
developed collaborative relationships with the regional
offices to develop and implement focused improvement
plans for the targeted health programs and provider
network issues.
